Let me break it down. Whatever negative thought is looping in your mind right now or has been

looping in it lately, what if you try to introduce the opposite thought, the direct flip thought, and see how it feels. Now,

podcast, my all-time favorite spiritual teacher, she has a process called The Work where

you ask yourself for questions, meaning you have a

negative thought like, my husband doesn't listen to me. Say that's the thought. She would ask you,

is it true? Can you absolutely 100% know that it's true? Who are you without the thoughts and who are

you with the thought? Ding, ding, ding, ding,

my friends, the answer is, oh my gosh, I have to say 100% of the time. It's almost always not

true, the negative thought that we have. And the opposite thought not only appears more true,

but it's soothing and calm and peaceful. So what are you thinking right now?

Are you thinking my life's a mess? I'm not responsible. My husband doesn't listen to me. I'm not good at

things. What is it you're thinking? And if you had to flip it as in a direct opposite, just say the words aloud.
