7. 7 PM. It's officially bedtime.

Through her bedroom window, Opie watches as the sun drops below the horizon, turning the sky into art only a kid could paint.

Opie's fluffy purple slippers carry her back and forth along the length of her bed. She's wearing her line. caregivers There's a cow with a small opening on its foot where the stuffing is trying to escape.

Slouched from age is a dragon with floppy wings.

He leans on the pink frog with a long green tongue that no longer stays in its mouth.

And at the end of the bed, sit Opie's brand new giraffe and whale.

She won them recently at the county fairs ring toss booth.

Opie addresses the group. Everyone, we're going to a sleep over.

Don't worry, Dragon.

There's going to be a nightlight, just like there is here.

I know you're scared of the dark.

She pat's Dragon gently on the head.
