Hello, thank you for joining me today for Give Him 15.

There are some truths from Scripture that, while essential for our success as we represent Christ,

are rarely taught, I feel the need to emphasize a few of them for the remainder of this week.

In today's post, I want to remind us of the reality of the invisible realm of the spirit. I'm using portions of the Give Him 15 Devotional,

Volume 1, in order to do so.

Give him 15 and appeal to heaven devotional, Volume 1.

The title is operating in the invisible realm.

Ephesion 612 says,

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,

against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. The heavenly places referred to in the above verse are not

often talked about. This is very unfortunate. Let's look at the following verses. I'll tell you where they are, the references in just a moment.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual

blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, which he brought about in Christ when he raised him from the dead

and seated him in his right hand in the heavenly places, and raised us up with him,

and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made

known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, powers, world forces of this

darkness, spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. This sounds like one uninterrupted

passage of scripture, doesn't it? It's actually five separate verses from

Ephesians 1 3.12, 2, 6, 310, and 612. I became fascinated several years ago as I read these

verses consecutively with none of the in-between sections.
