And before you know it, you'll be waking up tomorrow, feeling refreshed, and recharged.

I'll tell the story twice.

On the second time through, I'll go a little slower.

We're training your brain along the way, and the more you use the stories, the faster

you'll settle and sleep.

So have a bit of patience if you're new to this.
