Good morning Andrew.

Yes, 1040 is important to know because as we are recording this podcast,

Judge Mershaun in the Manhattan courtroom is holding a hearing on whether

the former president Mr. Trump should be held in contempt for violating

the gag order and we are trying to multitask here and look at updates from the

trial court as we record this podcast so we will keep you

posted but I will say I'm reading now that Judge Mershahn is saying to Mr.

Trump's attorney you're losing all credibility and that's not a good sign for

yeah that would be not good by the way I'm sure most people are going what

happened to Andrew what did you do with him and the reason I I

basically sounds like you've been gagged. Yes, I have been.

I am, I don't know if it's getting over a cold or it's like, you know what?

I think, you know, I sort of view it as like there's only so much I can talk over a lifetime

and we're getting to the very end of my voice. But you know what? The good news is I'm going to, well let's say I was going to say that it means I'll talk less and you'll talk more so that's the good news but you know that's not going to be true.

Yeah that's never going to happen. I know I know. So right like everyone knows me too well. Okay so I'll be croaking along as we do this, but we have been giving the time because

there's so much going on.
