I used to do this thing where I would,

with my guest host,

which it started off with Jason McClellan,

who worked for Open Minds,

and then I used to do this with Martin,

where I would insert a nickname in the middle

and I would do a new one every week and I stopped doing that a ways back some people have

asked why I don't do that anymore it's kind of twofold I kind of kind of run out of words it

felt a little gimmicky and you know what I feel like I just don't know if I could come up with the words as quickly as I could before.

Well, you know, I mean, this is a chance to exercise that muscle man, man.

I mean, like, let me be your blank canvas for nicknames because I grew up without a nickname.
