And she is traveling right now in Zanzibar with her chosen family and

having a wonderful time, so we we hear and wasn't able to make it to our meeting but we're definitely going to presence her when we share about what's upcoming and when we out this recording, we're also going to be sharing a

recording that she made for you. So this feels like an incredible milestone for me and a really big turning point. Embodied

astrology is going to be 10 years old in 2024. Yeah, thank you. It started in

2014 as a total curiosity project for me. I'm a second generation

astrologer. My mother was an astrologer and also a somatic therapist and

practitioner. So I really grew up with this language. In my late teens and

early 20s I became obsessed in my own right a lot of my childhood I was like

mom you know she was like you're like that way because of your moon sign and I was like

uh whatever but then you know life happened and I was like why are people why are people you know like why are people people peopling I was in a confusing relationship as I'm sure other people have had that experience, you know,

and you turn to astrology and then it's like, oh, oh, there's some of the confusion.

And I felt so supported in that experience

that it totally drew me in.

And at that time in my life,

I was very deeply diving into studies

in mysticism and esoterics and somatic healing through the lineages of Ayurveda and yoga and

Bedanta which of course are completely braided with astrology.

astrology has been a big part of many elemental medicine practices.
