Thanks for Jordan, us on the show. You are a valuation guy. I think it's fair to say. So figured we'd open up with some valuation news open AI which listeners might know that name

It's the company behind chatchy PT among other things

They got a new valuation and that valuation comes out to a

hundred 57 billion big ones. That is comparable to the likes of Goldman Sachs,

Uber, AT&T. It's also up from the $30 billion valuation it had about a year ago.

Jim, all up in the floodgates.

What do you think of that number?

I think the number is absurd. I think the number is unjustifiable.

Not not I didn't say wrong. It may very well be wrong. I right, but the thing is, you know, I am from, and the reason why I started, I'm a little

muse out of the gate is, you know, I am one of a, I think a fairly slowly dying breed and that is I believe the company is worth

the some of its future cash flows discounted back at an appropriate discount rate.
