We're going to talk about kettlebell training specifically and I'd like to hear from you what are the benefits of training with kettlebells.

The kettlebells are amazing tool. I'm an ex-affleet so when I started working with Jim, I got very bored of your same weights, bodybuilding, just a bit training.

You can target your full body, hit the central nervous system. They travel anywhere with you, great for core strength and re-addressing any posterior issues.

They're just a fantastic tool to really blitz the full body.

It seems to me a little bit when I've used kettlebells that it is actually limiting but the more I understand, the more I learn, the more I hear from guys like yourself, it's actually not.
