Good morning.

God morning to you.

Sit up taller and close your eyes and on your next inhale, bring your shoulders all

the way up to your ears and feel that tension, that stress, that

Monday and then as you exhale, allow them to roll back and down, opening your chest,

opening your heart, your soul, your consciousness to the silent guide, the light.

It lives here that's constantly emanating, constantly speaking to you, saying, I know

you're tired of waiting, I know you're looking for signs of my gifts, you're looking for

evidence of your progress.

Sometimes it's like you can't fill me, you can't hear me at all, but I'm here.

I know every thought, I'm aware of every breath.

Nothing in this world is going to bring you the joy that you already have right now

in your heart that you already have right now in communion with me.

So while it may look like nothing much is happening out there to you, know that I am

building your faith in the waiting, I'm clearing your mind, emptying you of yourself,

expanding your capacity, your ability to love, to give, to fill my light so you can

be my light, and my light burns bright.

It takes a strong and developed vessel to hold it, and you're holding it well, allowing

it to burn up every thought on site, leaving you quiet again, empty again, so I can give

you a thought, a thought for you to repeat, and so you know the truth of it.

God's healing power is at work in me right now.
