earlier this week here on Facts Matter, we published an episode detailing how for the first

time lawyers for AstraZeneca admitted in court documents that their vaccine can cause a rare blood clod

disorder in those who get the shot. This admission was the result of a three year

long legal battle with upwards of 50 people suing the company in order to get compensation

for injuries received. Now for one thing the length of this legal battle really

reveals the difficulty of getting compensation for vaccine injuries.

But also, at the end of that episode,

I presented the Cherry on top of the whole thing.

Quote, due to a bargain, Austrozenica struck with the UK government

at the height of the pandemic to identify the drug

maker against potential lawsuits, taxpayers will be on the hook for any payouts

resulting from the claims. Meaning that even if Austrozenica will be forced to

financially compensate the people who got blood clots following vaccination,

that compensation will not actually be coming from their own pocketbooks.

Instead, the money will be provided by the taxpayers themselves.

Now of course this Austrozenica case is taking place over in the UK.

However, as many people noted in the comments section of that episode,

a very similar scheme exists right here in America as well,

which I believe is worth exploring.

And so here is the central question.

Is Pfizer still immune from lawsuits over the COVID vaccine now that they have been federally approved?

And after speaking to several vaccine lawyers, well the answer appears to be yes, Pfizer is still immune from being sued.
