I'm with Florida Salt Scrubs and myself and my team came out to Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Well, where our business is currently at is, you know, we're a growing company.

We've been around for four and a half years.

You know, we grow consistently year in and year out.

However, just as of recent, I've felt a little bit of, I don't know what the word is, but a

little bit of a ceiling realizing that certain things had to change to get beyond where we

are.

Because again, when you're at the top and you're the one who's running the whole entire

organization, you know, you're basically what has the saying goes, you're where the buck

stops. So if you want the buck to keep going up, you have to keep going up.

And the only way you're going to get that is through outside input, you know, working with someone who's experienced.

Now here's the challenge is finding that person to work with.

That's why I felt fortunate to find these guys.

You know, we're in a great place by any standard, but if you want to be in even a better

place, you've got to be willing to learn new things and do things differently.

And that's why we sourced out, Thrive 15, to work with the company to help build some

systems.

I remember I made an initial phone call.

I spoke with Clay and, you know, we've hit the ground running ever since then. I tried 50 things over the matter of a few months. I don't know why, just certain things weren't lining up. And then I realized, I'm like, listen, I gotta get into coaching. I gotta get a mentor, I gotta get somebody to, you know, work on my business with me if we want to bring it to the next level. And also, yeah, you know, you go to some other conferences and we won't name names, but, you know, whether it's a motivational conference or it's a business coaching conference or, you know, whatever it is, maybe you pay $49 to attend, I don't know,'t know what whatever the price is to get you there

but by the time it's over you know they're trying to sell you the book the DVD set you to subscribe
