I'm glad that I came to the Epic Intensive because like I said we learned some of those awesome strategies

that the guest had to offer and that we learned a few ways to analyze properties that I didn't really do before.

I think the one thing that I'm going to take home and start to use more is going negative with sellers.

That take away really helps you gain some leverage in the negotiation process.

So I think that's a great thing.
