1:10.7	gentleman to do our taxes and march of this year and we ended up hiring him to
1:16.3	do financial planning for us as well and after hiring him to do that we
1:22.6	discovered that he had filed bankruptcy twice and had been sued for riding a
1:28.0	bad check. The question is well he filed bankruptcy in 2019 was his last one
1:36.9	that was the second one and it said the certified financial planning board
1:41.7	revoked his right to use their certification mark and then he also was sued
1:47.9	for riding a bad check to a moving company recently. That was in 2018 and so we
1:59.3	had already paid him a large fee to use him for financial planning and I guess
2:03.8	my question is should this be of concern to us we have discussed this with him.
2:09.7	What did he say? He says that we don't understand what it's like to run our
2:14.9	own business and just basically was you know he was very rude about it and
2:21.4	said his business would go on with or without us. I don't care about the
2:27.3	bankruptcy if you're but I don't want to work with you. Right and you don't get to
