Lee, Simon, welcome. A year of labour. How have they done? Assess them. Mark the scorecard.

I guess that what we should do is we should start out by saying what they said they were going to do. They were going to

end the chaos. They were going to bring back growth and they were going to help us basically

build Britain better. I'm not sure those objectives have been achieved in the first year in charge.

And it was very unfortunate timing that as they arrived at the anniversary of being in charge,

they had a week of what looked like chaos.
