Hi, it's Allison and I don't know about you but somehow I cannot believe the end of

2021 is approaching.

Some days I'm sure it's still 2019 or it's 2024 who really knows these days.

But regardless, as this confusing and strange year comes to a close, we're going to bring

you a series of conversations.
