I lost my mom pretty unexpectedly last week and I recorded an episode in real

time about 24 hours after the incident.

And I'm really, really glad that I recorded that.

I found that to be A, cathartic for me,

be beneficial for some of you and see it's going to be a really important

episode for me to look back on in the future. I'm glad that I have evidence of that

because it was helping me in the moment but I think it's also going to help me in the

future and one week later it's not any better at all.

It feels like one very, very long day.
