An awful story out of Texas. Two elite cheerleaders just outside Austin are recovering

More charges possible for the man accused in the deadly driveway shooting in upstate New York.

This is now according to the district attorney who says there will be justice for 20 year old

Kaylin Gillis.

She was shot and killed after she and her friends turned into the wrong driveway and

then we're driving out.
