0:38.0	Hey guys, my name is Brian and I'm calling about Ghost Kitchens.
0:41.9	I've first learned about Ghost Kitchens on pod.
0:44.2	So thanks for that.
0:46.2	So I developed a model to implement a couple of Ghost Kitchens concepts into my restaurant.
0:51.3	I had great success with my margins over 450% over six months with just one of the concepts.
0:58.6	Now I'm looking to scale the business by offering licensing agreements for operators and
1:02.7	other markets to use these concepts including the branding recipes, etc.
