And today we are doing an episode that I know Jake has been wanting to do for a really long time now.

I have been maybe more hesitant to do it just because it's like a little baby thing.

I feel like it's barely been around.

We do so many like dinosaur IPs on this show.

And it's fine.

I was I was amazed we finally got to do a superhero episode that wasn't going to take three weeks to tell their 80 years long story.

No, in fact, you could technically watch all of it in like one evening, if you really committed.

We're talking about One Punch Man, and it is, if you don't know what it is, it is a phenomenal

anime that has really one of the biggest anime, like, especially new animas out there right now. And I say anime, but I really should say

webcomic, manga. It's, it's everywhere. It's got everything. And the story is so much more

interesting that I even thought it would be of how this whole thing came about. It is an interesting,

like, Japan, when I look at Japanese culture, especially when it comes to

their manga and all that kind of stuff, it seems so structured and so traditional and so

rooted in, okay, if you want to be big, you need to, like, win this award and this award and

this world award, and get on Weekly Shonen Jump shonen jump and you know then you'll get the

anime and you'll be like mr dragonball right but this is actually a story a kira dragon ball was his name

yes you become akira dragon ball z uh the famous on an animator who's done all of on a monomotion uh yeah it is but this is actually like this guy won
