setting New Year's resolutions. Mm-hmm. Uh-oh, you didn't think that I was going to be saying this,

did you? You're like, Rob's telling me not to set New Year's resolutions? No. I'm telling you not

to set New Year's resolutions if one thing, and I'm going to tell you what that one thing is,

you know, and I want you to think about this, how many times have you set a New Year's resolution

goal and not hit it? Think about that. And be honest with yourself, think about that in your head,
