Hello everybody and welcome back to another episode of Nerd D. Soup.

My name is Rubin and I'm joined here today by Cam and we're back to revisit One Piece.

The best-selling manga of all time, later adapted into an anime that seemingly never ends.

Specifically, we'll be revisiting episodes 45 to 91, making stops at Logtown, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island,

while also providing a preview for our next video revisiting the Alabasta arc.

Now I'm new to One Piece, I started my journey a few years ago with East Blue, then recently restarted at the beginning of the year, so I'll be providing the perspective for newer fans of the series.

Cam here is already all caught up, and without spoiling any future arcs, he'll bring the perspective of the superfan,

looking back on some of the earlier arcs that really set the groundwork for what this series eventually becomes.

on the manga. I literally just read the newest chapter that just dropped. Like, you, you hear this is in a thousand episode show and you're like, oh, they're definitely wasting time. They're doing bullshit the whole time. There's no way that every episode matters. And then you get to an arc like Alabast and you're like, oh, wow, this show is so much deeper than I ever could have imagined it was. Even though I loved the show before it, it got me super hooked where I was now in full binge

watching mode and I needed to grind for the next, for the first semester of college I was in

and just strictly watch One Piece every day.
