You know, polls show that the FBI's reputation is at a real record low.

What do you make in that?

Well, look, there are all sorts of opinions out there about the FBI, just like there are about every major institution these days.

I can tell you that we're focused on the opinions of the people we actually do the work for

and the people we do the work with.

So I look, for example, at police chiefs and sheriffs who I talk with constantly from all 50 states,

who work closely with us every day, with judges who I talk to all the time, coast to coast,

all of them see our work up close with business leaders who turn to us for help with cyber

attacks, with Chinese economic espionage, with victims and their families who we protect

from violent gangs and predators.
