You impart responsibilities of positions. I want the player in the same way.

I've been down to Ipswich to speak to Kieran McKenna,

who's taken the club, as we know, from League 1 to the Premier League.

But he tells me how tricky that's been, balancing his squad with the demands of the top flight.

You want to reward the players who've been with you.

You want to keep as many of those as possible as part of the journey.

But you know that that, you feel that that

squad as it is, won't be competitive enough to compete in the Premier League, so you know you

have to bring in new players. It's, you know, I won't say an impossible task, but it's very, very
