When we're little, we don't overthink things. We're brave, confident, we laugh and ask questions. And play. And play. So why stop there? Just because we're adults, it shouldn't mean we stop trying new things. For me, starting a career in early years has meant not just a new job, but new skills, new friends. Like me? Yes, and a new sense of purpose. All that and I can earn while I learn right here in London.

With the players a little bit less, but my staff is so easy.

I felt a lot of pressure, maybe more than ever,

because I know today the clubs being the championship or not

is a massive, massive difference.

We'll be more consistent than the world last season. I'm not taking silver wars and this kind of stuff because nobody knows that. I think we'll be more solid that we were last season. How good was Oasis? Ah, really good. You have been the best man in the last 50 years. They come back again and sold out all around the world.

It's because, guys, they are good. Otherwise, it's not sold out.
