It has to be some standards that have to be driven every single day.

And whoever it is not willing, especially to continue with them,

you cannot be part of what we do.

I don't think you can be happy when you don't have the capacity and ability to communicate with people.

You cannot be yourself, you don't get to really understand people,

and that puts you in that place.

Martin has a unique ability that without opening his mouth,

he can be a role model.
