This week, Phoenix residents finally saw justice for a 3 week long killing spree that ended in the murders of convicted killer Cleophus Cooksey Jr’s mom and stepfather. Cooksey was convicted of killing 8 people in total, but the jury was hung on giving a death sentence for the murders of his mom and stepdad, and now the DA is considering retrying Cooksey because of it!
