Well, it's a moment in our history and a big moment, obviously, but other teams in England have won the Champions League.

They've won the European Cup, and we haven't.

So you just want the club to go that extra yard and win the biggest one out there.

But it'll always be special, the Cop Minners cup, it will, against that palm side.

There was just something, I think a lot of fans look back, you know,

with a lot of nostalgia to those times when they felt the fans were a little bit closer to the players.

There was a bit more of a bond, perhaps.

Obviously, players now, they're precious they're kept at arm's length

and, you know, and it's maybe not quite the same feeling. But, yeah, a lot of fans look back to

that period, you know, late 80s, early 90s and that as the Halsian days, if you like. They really

enjoyed it. So it's, yeah, lovely to have been part of that generation.

On May 4, 1994, Arsenal traveled to Copenhagen, undermanned, and decidedly as underdogs,

to face Parma in the European Cup Winners Cup final. This is 1-0 to the Arsenal, the story of the 1994 European Cup Winners' Cup victory.

The entire Cup winner's cup run was driven by the need for redemption.

As you've heard so many of our guests say, George Graham was fueled to win in Europe,

bringing Arsenal back to the glory he experienced in the Fairs Cup as a player.
