Madam President, we have predators on our streets that society has, in fact, in part because of

its neglect created.

We have to make this work.

If this law turns out to be just the law on the books that is widely ignored and never enforced,

it will be a terrible shame because this law can save children's lives.

Yep, there was a time, not a long time ago that they not only cracked down on crime,

but they also wanted to crack down on illegal immigration.

Why can't you stop illegal immigrants or others from coming here?

And the number one answer we give our constituents is when they come here,

they can get jobs, get benefits against the law because of fraud.
