The month of December shouldn't be spent on you trying to make sure that you hit your year-end sales goal.

You should be using the month of December to do five things.

To review, to assess, to reprioritize, to plan the next year, and then to begin to execute.

If you don't sit down to do those, you're just going to feel like you're living Groundhog Day year

over year over year.

Welcome to another episode of the Steve Weatherford show.

I'm joined with my friend Frank Ortega.

And today we wanted to release a timely episode having a conversation

about how you can go from amateur to pro in the matter of one month and it will have a one

year impact on your life.

And I wish somebody had taught me this like 10 years ago.

And that's why I want to teach it to you today.

And so what Frank and I are going to have a conversation about is what the separation

season is.

And so I had Frank come on here really to just ask some

questions and offer a little bit of perspective because he's been somebody that's been

alongside of me for over a year and a half, a guy that came into my life by way of leadership

coaching. And as God would have it, now he is a part of the leadership coaching and also helping

a ton in the ministry.

So he's a guy that's been through the process and now is a beneficiary of kind of being

behind the scenes and seeing like, well, how do you actually map out the year?
