We're going to read our text and go further as the Lord would help us.

Luke 16 10 says he that is

faithful in that which is least

is faithful also in much.

He that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.

If therefore you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon.

Now this is the second time he's mentioned mammon in this chapter.

And mammon is money and wealth and things personified.

It's money as a God.

If you've not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon who will commit to your trust the true riches keep reading

if you've not been faithful in that which is another man's who will give you that which is your own

no servant can serve two masters who can do it no one can do it? No one can do it.

Either he will hate the one and love the other

or else he'll hold to the one and despise the other.

You cannot serve God and mammon.

You can't serve God and money. You can't serve God and money.

You can't serve God and stuff.

You will hold to one and despise the other.
