A few weeks ago I went to Indiana and I met a lawyer who has been trying to overturn

Roe v Wade for most of his adult life.

I don't mean that idly, like he doesn't appreciate Roe and he's gone to certain protests

or voted for certain people.

I mean it literally.

This man graduated from law school with Roe fresh in his mind and he came up with a plan

and he hit the stacks.

I would go to either the law school library or the Supreme Court library at the state capital.

And so I had to go find the books about the Supreme Court, the history of the Supreme Court

and particularly overturning precedent.

Not easy, but on today's show we have the story of how his plan worked.

Best gift I've ever received has to be a bike when I was younger, a pedal bike.

It was a sort of slick little Roe bike and I remember it was all like it was so it was

all wrapped up but it was so obvious what it was obviously because nothing shaped like

a bike and I had a little ribbon on it and I was so, I guess.

I remember that was a life changer and I'm still sort of big on cycling around my area

now so I feel like that one changed me a little.

Imagine living until you're a hundred.

For people born today there's a good chance it could be a reality.

As life expectancy continues to increase we need to change the way we view retirement.
