I came home Sunday night from the Brown's upset wind of the Steelers.

I took some sinus meds and I went to bed, much like Mike Tomlin.

So I decided to sleep it off, to hydrate up, have some fully loaded energy pouches, have a bunch of water, stretch out this old body.
