It is Monday morning.

I came home Sunday night from the Brown's upset wind of the Steelers.

I took some sinus meds and I went to bed, much like Mike Tomlin.

Aaron Rogers and Arthur Smith, I was unable to deliver even a decent performance on Sunday.

So I decided to sleep it off, to hydrate up, have some fully loaded energy pouches, have a bunch of water, stretch out this old body.

And now I bring it.

There was much rejoicing. There should be much rejoicing because the Steelers had everything

to play for. The Browns in another lost season with nothing to play for, showed up and bullied

the Steelers. Results matter. Making the plays matter.

Finishing a game matters.

So we have an extremely low bar when we talk about the Cleveland Browns, a long-sunken

franchise, dead franchise, no other way to say it.

But, you know, with many reasons to lay down.

And speaking of that low bar, when you talk about effort, you are mentioning the low bar.

But for the last two games, after getting completely humiliated in Chicago, for the last two games,

the Brown showed up and fought.

And to finish one is nice.

And for that defense, this is my number one takeaway from the game. For that

defense to get its curtain call, get its signature moment, damn near a perfect game, really.

That was probably deserved. Remember, this season started way back in sunny September,
