Welcome to the One Life Change podcast. I'm your host Toby Morse. This is the trailer, I guess, what I'm doing right now.

So far I've done episodes with my mom, that was the first one.

chronological order of my life. That's why I start off my mom. That was a pretty

heavy episode. You guys are going to hear it. And the reason why to do my mom first,

obviously because that's the beginning of everything for me,

with my mom.

But it's interesting, because when she listened

to my mom's episode and my brother's episode

and Russi's episode and Russi's episode.

There's a bunch of stories that are told in each of those podcasts.

Some of the people remember them, some of the people don't.

I feel like I tend to block out some things in my life too.
