Is it worth it? Parents want to say so badly my child goes to or went to.

As the professor of astrophysics who called in

from UC San Diego said,

for most parents, and I have of course believed this all of my life

the way in which they assert their success as a parent is not by speaking of their child's character, but

it's by speaking of their child's college. You must have been a great parent. Your kid goes to Princeton.

That fascinating.

Well, I know my producer, his parents, the first time I met them, many many years ago, they said They said you know Alan went to University of

Illinois at Champaign. The I remember the light in their eyes Alan. It moved me. All they did is produce a spectacular sun.

How many, how many of the most special people in people's lives?

And I speak of character, personality, goodness,

went to a prestigious college versus a non-p prestigious college.

Or even better, do you know where your closest, let's say,

five friends went to college? It's an interesting question to ask people.

I don't. I know yours. Well, we discussed it because we discussed it because just we discussed it.

No those are there are two separate questions do you know is question one

two do you care? Now it's a very interesting question. If you went to Harvard, would I see

you at all differently? It's hard for me to imagine that I would or that it

would play any role in how I observe you but it people do think I think they do because what

other metric is there you're not going to tell people my child has a high IQ you sound like an idiot
