Our story is titled, One Flew over the Sonhua River and is by Chih Wren, translated by Andy Dudak.

Chih Ran is a PhD candidate in Medicine and currently lives in Shanghai. He has been

writing science fiction since 2021 and has been shortlisted twice for China's

highest science fiction award, the Galaxy Award. His hometown is Harbin, a chilly city in northeast China, which was once

a thriving heavy industrial city in the last century, somewhat similar to Detroit in the United States.

The Sunhou River... The Sunguwa River mentioned in the title of story is Very famous river flowing through this

northern city and is the Mother River of all the people in He Long Jong province.

Andy Dudak's original stories have been in analog Apex Asamob's Clark's world,

Daily Science Fiction Interzone, the magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction world and numerous years best anthologies.

His story, Love in the Time of Amino Sharing, was a finalist for the U.G. Foster Award.
