and I'm joined, of course, by Coach Jacob Radenauer, a long time assistant coach at Florida State and at Auburn before that. I've been in the business for a couple of days. I'm not going to age you, man. You've been in the business for a while. And we got started when you were young. That's the only reason and that's right now you do a lot of TV work people can watch you uh right now you're

over in jacksville, for a little postseason basketball. Yeah, man, I got the A-sun, baby. A-sun tournament. First time in a neutral site location. It's fun, man. I like it. It's, you know, it's so different than Florida State, you know, and we'll talk about their postseason hopes

here in a little bit, obviously.

But these guys, man, it's like when that last buzzer sounds and you don't have a victory,

it's over.

Like Brett Komer, Florida Gulf Coast Point Guard when they were Dunk City and Andy Enfield led them to the Sweet 16th.

He's an assistant here at Jacksonville.

Welcome to historic Swisher Arena, Jim, I'm sorry, Swisher Gymnasium.

But Brett and I were talking earlier and you know and he was just like they lost last night.

He drew the play up like for their best player,

Hayden Wood, a guy from Springdale, Arkansas, to shoot his shot at the free throw line to

like win the game and he missed it. And it was like, it was awful. I just felt so bad for

everybody. Brent didn't want to leave the gym. You know, it's because their season's over,

you know. Yeah. Yeah, it's life in a one-bid league. A buddy of mine's an assistant coach, Jamie Givens, a shout out, Florida State grad, who started out as a GA under Sue Semarow, a student assistant, and then the staff at Florida State Women's basketball. And now he's an assistant Belmontmont, and they've been in one-bid leagues. And, man, it's, you might get in, but you can have a great season and have one bad day, and you're done. So it definitely is great. It's tons of excitement. But, man, you know, we got a lot of excitement going on with Tallahassee and Luke Louts too, man. Well, Florida State's kind of living that life because the only way they're getting in the NCAA tournament is to win their conference tournament, even though it's not a one-bid

league. But for Florida State, it is. But yeah, we're going to, you know, as we always do here

on courtside with Coach J. Robb, we're going to go look back a little bit to the week that was. Florida State, a couple more wins, went on the road. We talked about them last week, that they were two really getable road games. Well, shoot, for this Florida State team, everything's a getable road win. I don't know if you knew this, Jacob, but Corey looked it up. The last time FSU had a five-game road winning streak in the ACC was the first year that FSU was in the ACC, 91, 92.

Charlie Ward and the guys, had a few NBA guys on that roster.

So it's pretty remarkable, man, you guys, you know, when you were on Leonard Hamilton staff,

definitely plenty of years where there was success on the road, but to have five straight ACC road wins, it's pretty amazing.

That is a huge accomplishment.
