And we're going to go back to the early evening of October 4th of 1998 in the town of Clinton,

Louisiana for this one. And for those that may not be familiar, Clinton, Louisiana is a small

community in South Louisiana. And although its proximity to Baton Rouge, the capital city is relatively close.

It's a very rural area of the state. Its population is just a little over a thousand residents,
