I'm always so honored to get to spend this time with you.

In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk, that deepen your

understanding of God's word and that heightens your awareness of his very real presence in your life.

Well, if you're a regular listener, you'll notice that yesterday and today our programming

sounds a little bit different, and it's on purpose. You know, it's our great honor to partner

with a global ministry of one child because we believe that children matter to God and they matter to us.

Jesus loves to little children.

And if you read scripture, you see clearly how much he cares about the widow, the orphan, those who are poor.

And truly, we have so much, so much capacity to make a difference in the world. In fact, they say there's enough wealth in certain parts of the world to eradicate all of poverty throughout the world. If each of us just does our part, what a difference we might make. And so today I'm so excited in a moment here to introduce my friend and colleague Ryan Mitchell. You hear him often during, well, you hear him in voice tracking, but you hear him during our fundraisers. He's just one of our bright, shining stars at Faith Radio. He's such a deep well. He's got such a sharp mind, and he recently took a trip to Africa to see firsthand the work of one child. We're going to hear about his trip.

We're going to hear about his heart. We're going to hear what he saw, what we need to learn.
