The cops are starting to get their shit together now.

The cops are finally applying the pressure to where the Barxdale organization is going to have to respond to them.

You first come out and the cops are jabbing, they're jabbing, they're jabbing, and the Barxdale's, you know, they're moving, they're parrying, but like, it's the early rounds.

This is now we're in the middle rounds of it because in a huge fight, no matter who the aggressor is, there's always a point where the opponent has to adjust to what the other person is doing offensively.

This is the one where we finally see that the Barxdale's have to react and change up to what the cops are doing.

The cops are starting to have some success, and now we got to see if Ava and them can adjust to that and keep their business flowing the way that it is.

I'm digging the boxing analogy because I would think up until this point, I don't know who I would have said, I would have definitely put the Barxdale's ahead in terms of winning this, you know, winning this war right now, not just because they're not shut down, but it's because I think up until now, the cops had largely been thinking about this in a very systematic way.

And one of the takeaways I have from this episode is that they start to see some success when they start kind of going outside of what is the normal way to operate in terms of trying to bring down an organization of this magnitude, what they do with stink them, for example, when they decide to let Kevin Johnson, or when they decide to let stink them go, and they're just kind of laying a trap, you know, they're playing, I think the Barxdale crew was very good at playing like a Floyd Mayweather like defense up until now.
