Folks, today we have novelist Quentin Tarantino with us to discuss his novelization once upon a time in Hollywood.

And he also happens to be writer-director, Quentin Tarantino, who wrote and directed once upon

the time in Hollywood. So I think he has a lot to say about it. Look, here's all I can tell you.

Get this damn book because it's great, okay? It was a blast to read. It's totally

organic. It's, it's, it's fun to read, but it's not what you expect. In the fine tradition

of film novelizations, things are a little different here, and they're different in a way

that you're going to love. And that's all I'm going to tell you, because I'm going to take this moment to remind you that there is a spoiler warning in here.

We will warn you when we get to the spoiler section. So if you have not yet completed the book, that means that you need to know that we are going to be talking about the book and the new stuff in it in that spoiler section.

So press pause and finish the book at that point if you don't want to have anything spoiled because I don't want to have my email inbox spoiled by crazy 3 a.m.

going to read the book. Okay, we talk spoilers, but the book is so rich, it's 400 pages. Don't think

that just because you heard a few spoilers in our spoiler section, that the whole thing has been

spoiled for you, but the book's out. Go get the book.

Without a doubt, this was a really fun interview

because we were doing it on the day of release of the book,

which was an absolute blast.

And as you'll hear, Tarantino is very forthcoming about his creative process

and especially about all the different story threads and loose story threads that he ties together.
