I pretty much love everything about Christmas. I even love shopping for presents. In fact, I might love shopping for presents more than almost anything. I love finding things that surprise the people I love.

And it might even be a little bit selfish because there's, for me,

almost nothing more rewarding than to have someone open something that you've taken care to

purchase for them and it brings them a level of surprise and wonder and joy and happiness,

even just for a moment. But purchasing gifts is not that easy,

especially the longer you know someone. Kim and I have been married for so long now that it I know her incredibly well but pretty much everything we could buy for each other we've already purchased and so it gets harder and harder and harder to buy something

Aaron is 29 Moriah 25. It's harder to buy for Aaron.

It's easier to buy for Moriah because she sends us lists

and of things that you know would inspire her and and affirm our love for her and and so it is somewhat easier to buy for her but

But wouldn't it be great if you could just buy one gift that took care of all time?

Not that you never had to buy a gift again, but it was a gift that was so rewarding, so enriching, so fulfilling that they would never want anything else from you again.

And in fact, when you were going to do something else for them, buy something else for them, they said, no, no, I'm still good. The once for all, gift. See, I'm so convinced that that is the
