So, back in the 70s, probably late 70s, we're getting ready to go to a concert,

and we dropped a couple hits of, you know, your favorite psychedelic. And, but two weeks prior to this, we had lost, excuse me, a couple months prior to this, we had lost a couple of our snakes. We had a couple of, like, six-inch-long corn snakes, I think they were. You lost a couple of them? Yeah, they disappeared out of their aquarium. They have a tendency to do that. What kind of snakes were they? I think there were corn snakes. They were pretty. Okay. They're pretty tight. Yeah, I mean, well, they get pretty big. Yeah, they do. So we drop this as if we get ready to go to the show, and we walk out. Our parking is on the side of the house, so you have to walk in front of the house. And as we're doing this, a car comes out of this school parking lot across the street from us and slides. It's snowing out. Slides. It hits the pole in front of our house and knocks it into the house. It hits the house right between two of us as we're walking. So we decided, well, wait, maybe we better rethink this. It's snowing, we got to go to Seattle for the show. I can't even remember the show we were going to. I know that the Grateful Dead we're playing at the Seattle Center at the same time, though. Can I can't you miss them. But, uh, so we go back in and my friend goes into the bathroom. A couple minutes later he comes out, he goes, man, you've got some really strange things in your bathroom. And he's holding, he holds up his hand and he's got one of our snakes, which is almost a foot long now, attached to his hand right about the thumb area. And he's got his jaw wrapped around his hand.

And he's holding him up, and the snakes just wiggling around on him.

2:04.5

So, yeah, that was, that was, uh, do you think the acid affected any of this chain of events

2:09.8

as far as just, uh, how bizarre it was?

2:13.6

Uh, probably. Probably. Probably, how often do you go into somebody's bathroom and you come out

2:17.4

with a snake

2:18.0

hanging off your hand and just for the record this guy had taken acid too and then he gets

2:22.5

attacked by a snake in the bathroom yes you think that's why he was so calm about it you know

2:29.8

he was a little bit of a different sort so who knows well thank god the thank God the car slain in front of your home and a pole, because you probably would have gotten your car and driven in the snow, and the same thing would have happened to you. Yeah, yeah, I mean, Biles. We did. We did drive. As a matter of fact, I'm sure you guys have been in an out front of a place where the Grateful Dead are playing.

2:51.5

It's quite the experience in itself, but that didn't happen at my house, so that wasn't part.

2:56.1

I couldn't have that in there.

2:56.9

Just out of curiosity, again, I don't like snakes, but like, how long does a snake go missing?
