This impulse that kicks in when you read about child sex abuse,

that for most of us who have never held managerial

positions or positions of power, your urge to seek justice, shine the light into the darkest

corners is insuperable, right? It's huge. And yet, if you are in charge, if you are in control, whether it's a school or whether it's the entire church of England, or whether it's, I don't know, a scout group or a swimming troop, the urge to keep a lid on it seems to kick in even harder.

We're going to talk about this today.
