I'm here again with Lionel this week to welcome this week's episode.

I'm doing very well.

I'm back again, back from the Tour de France with you guys. And this week, we've got a bit of a different episode. I alluded to it last week. I did an event in the start of July called The Length of Sweden, and I thought, I'm going to take the recorder along. You never know. There might be a story in it, something interesting in a document, and lo and behold, there has been.

Now, your team, EF Education, has been doing lots of different types of cycling events over the past couple of seasons, not just World Tour racing, but lots of individual types of riding.

Lachlan Morton did the alternative Tour de France, didn't he?

Is that what this is all about? Were you just stretching the boundaries of the type of riding

you do, Mitch? It sort of was about that. I think I came into this season with a little bit of a

different scope. And as everyone's aware, now I'm going to be retiring at the end of this season. I

thought, why don't I just try and do a few different things and once I sort of put this out

there the team started looking Pock is our sponsor who sponsor us with the helmets and

glasses and that's a Swedish company and they heard that I might be interested in doing some

of these things there's an event called the length of Sweden and you can join the Dots there yourself.

They said, well, let's get Mitch up here.

We've got a couple of employees who want to do the event.

Maybe Mitch can join them and so they invited me up there to do this amazing event.

And I guess I should run you through exactly what this is, if anyone out there

doesn't know it, because I certainly didn't know what it was either. It's an event that starts

in the very north of Sweden in the town called Rich Stunzen, and it's 2,100K from the very north all the way down to the very south into a town called
