Good evening, everyone.

Welcome to everyone. This is our fall season of Theology on Tap.

And I just wanted to explain a little bit about the theme, which of course is the Secret Lives of Priests,

and it is in honor of the Year for Priests. So definitely keep your priests in prayer,

your parish priests, your religious priests in prayer this evening.

Let's just start with the glory be because we're doing this all for the glory of God.

In name of the Father, Son, Holy Spirit, amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and never shall be.

World Without End. Amen. world without end, amen.

So, Holy Spirit, amen.

This evening is on the other side of the confessional.

And during Father Thomas Joseph's White Talk, we will have two priests hearing confessions if you feel so inclined.

So over here we have Father Gregory. And in the back we have Father Bruno. So at any time during the talk, if you feel like going to confession, and they'll be here afterward as well. We also have two seminarians in the house tonight that are also wearing clerics. They can't hear your confessions yet.

So with that, I'm just going to welcome Father Thomas Joseph White. So everybody knows the definition of a religious fanatic.

It's a person who goes to a bar to hear a talk about confession.

And they say a religious fanatic in Italy is a man whose wife goes to mass once a week.

Oh, it's a good one I thought.
