Hello and a very warm welcome to this week's episode of On the Continent. My name's Luke

Moore. My name's Andy Brassel. Andy, how are you today? You're keeping well. It's

another beautiful morning in South London. Yeah, I'm very well, thank you Luke, I was

worried I sounded a little bit timmy mallet in that intro, although not to not Mr Mallet

himself because not only is he a big football fan, he's a big Oxford United fan, isn't he?

But I think he's offered a lot from beyond his generation. My kids have gotten to Mallet's

Mallet recently. Have they really? I was about to say, where do you want it on me, Chin?

And the reference to his plaster from the game Mallet's Mallet and I thought no one's

going to get that. But if you all tell me a whole generation of young kids are now watching

it again, then I'm going to stick with it. Well, I don't know if it's a whole generation

of young kids. Certainly my children on YouTube when we discuss doing it with a cushion.

I wasn't sure whether to show them, you know, the version where he uses the mallet on their

heads or in the end it was commuted to use this little thing like a sort of scale where

he bashed the mallet off that because like kids presumably in South London where we are now

were going around bashing each other on the head with hammers. Are we certainly, we were

certainly doing that with our hands as kids hit me, hit each other over the head and apparently

that's not the done thing these days. All right, well listen, a mallet's mallet started on the

content which I didn't expect but that's the beauty of doing these shows. You never know where

it's going to go. A couple of pieces of housekeeping, a couple of pieces of admin before we get stuck
