Steph, the hammer, hammerman, who is the world's first

CrossFit Level 2 trainer with cerebral palsy.

She's a cancer survivor and Nike's first adaptive athlete.

She recently opened her own functional fitness facility

and is on the brink of revolutionizing fitness

for anyone with an adaptive need.

I loved talking to Stephanie.

I learned so much and was left inspired to bring light

to more stories of people with adaptive needs.

Steph shared so much of her personal journey,

so I'll let you listen to her tell her story.
