| 0:37.4 | us and wonder where and how that all changed where where did we go where have I gone amidst all amidst |
| 0:44.4 | amidst everything that I'm doing each day and everything that I'm |
| 0:47.7 | facilitating for the kids. |
| 0:50.1 | So I have picked up my book, The Little Book of Calm, the New Mums, and I'm going to read the section to you. |
| 0:55.7 | Because basically all the sections are in response, just a few pages in response to different feelings and states that you might be experiencing. |
| 1:04.3 | So I'm going to read you the one that says who am I for the moments where you're just |
| 1:08.8 | wondering where if I gone and the little mantra, so each chapter has mantra, |
| 1:15.0 | says, now is not forever. |
| 1:18.0 | We know that, don't we? |
| 1:20.0 | We know that now is just a moment in time and it's not forever but sometimes the feelings |
| 1:26.0 | the the challenges that we're experiencing are so kind of feeling so all-encompassing |
| 1:30.9 | and so intense that we can lose that sense of perspective. |
| 1:35.0 | You know, it's like the peak of a labor contraction, you know, where you just feel like in |
| 1:40.4 | there are moments where you feel like it's never going to be normal again, you're never going to feel okay again. |
