I have a little confession to make, so I have not been recording podcasts as regularly as I would like to, and there's a

reason for that. So I've been doing a lot of internal work behind the scenes. As you guys know,

I have been through an incredibly arduous and yet joyful time the last couple of years. And so I've

been taking some time to do some different,

how do I put this? Soul searching, if you will. I've been writing. I've been working on the release

of my debut poetry book that comes out in June. It's called When Love Found Me. So I will link to that

when it's available. I also launched a new

substack called Letters She Wrote. I've been painting a lot, so I've been kind of indulging,

if you will, in more creative energy. I've also been working with my clients, the people that
